מחפשים Tech Lead R&D מנוסה ורב-תחומי להובלת המערך הטכנולוגי והאופרטיבי בחברה דינמית וצומחת בתחום ה-Performance Marketing Media. זוהי הזדמנות מדהימה להשפיע באופן ישיר על הצמיחה של החברה ולנהל את תשתיות ה-IT, הענן והפיתוח מקצה לקצה.
בתפקיד זה תוביל את הארכיטקטורה הטכנולוגית, תתמוך בכלל מחלקות החברה ותתמודד עם אתגרים מגוונים בעולמות ה-AdTech, ניהול שרתים ותשתיות ענן. תעבוד בסביבה מהירה הדורשת יכולת פתרון בעיות עצמאית וראייה מערכתית רחבה.
תחומי האחריות:
הובלה טכנולוגית של פרויקטי פיתוח ותמיכה בכלל מאמצי החברה.
ניהול ותחזוקת תשתיות ענן ב-AWS וניהול שרתים באופן שוטף.
תמיכה טכנית ואופרטיבית במערכות החברה: ניהול דומיינים, Google Workspace והגדרת מחשבי קצה לעובדים.
ליווי וניהול טכנולוגי של פעילויות AdTech כגון: תוספי דפדפן (Extensions), פידים של מנועי חיפוש (Yahoo/Google/Bing), CTV/Video ופרסום פרוגרמטי.
פתרון תקלות מורכבות (Troubleshooting) בזמן אמת ושיפור ביצועי המערכות.

Requirements
ניסיון מוכח של 3+ שנים בתפקיד Tech Lead, הובלה טכנולוגית או ארכיטקטורת מערכת.
ניסיון מעשי חזק (Hands-on) בעבודה עם AWS.
ניסיון מוכח בניהול אופרציה ותשתיות IT לחברות קטנות (ניהול דומיינים, Google Workspace / G Suite, הגדרת מחשבים וניהול שרתים).
ניסיון טכני מוכח באחד או יותר מהתחומים הבאים: Browser Extensions, פידים של Yahoo/Google/Bing, מערכות CTV/Video, או Programmatic Ads.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית גבוהה, פתרון בעיות מורכבות ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
