אופיר אופטרוניקס מגייסת מנהל/ת חשבונות ספקים זמני.ת, בתפקיד זה תהיה/י חלק ממחלקת הכספים לטיפול ותמיכה בספקים ותדווחי למנהלת צוות כספים.
תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:
טיפול בכל תחומי הנהלת חשבונות ספקים , כולל אימות וקליטת חשבוניות מול הזמנות רכש
התאמות כרטיסים
טיפול בהתכתבויות ספקים, תזכורות תשלום ופניות פנימיות
חשבונות חתך וסגירת תקופה
טיפול בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות נוספים במידת הצורך
בניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה
שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הממשקים הפנימיים ברכש, לוגיסטיקה ובקרה
מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:
מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2 – חובה, סוג 3 – יתרון
ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים –יתרון
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
שליטה ב-Excel ברמה גבוהה – חובה
עבודה עצמאית וראש גדול
גישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטים
שליטה במערכות ERP: SAP / Priority – יתרון משמעותי
נכונות ופתיחות לשינויים
