הובלה ובקרה של תוכניות אחזקה מונעת (PM) ופעילויות TPM.
הכשרה וליווי מקצועי של צוותי האחזקה והתפעול.
קליטת ציוד ומכונות חדשות, כולל תיעוד והטמעה במערכות.
דרישות
מהנדס/ת או הנדסאי/ת מכונות, חשמל, בקרה או מכטרוניקה.
ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים (מהנדס/ת) או 5 שנים (הנדסאי/ת) בתפקיד דומה.
ניסיון בסביבה תעשייתית – יתרון לבעלי רקע בתעשייה כבדה.
יכולת עבודה בסביבה מרובת ממשקים ובקצב עבודה גבוה.
חשיבה אנליטית, יוזמה ויכולת הובלת תהליכים.
שליטה בעברית ובאנגלית, כולל קריאת מסמכים טכניים.
שליטה ביישומי Office והיכרות עם מערכות בקרה וניטור (HMI).
Overview (English)
Responsibilities (English)
Serve as the link between the Engineering and Production departments, providing technical support to the manufacturing floor.
Analyze equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
Lead projects aimed at improving machine availability, efficiency, and overall performance.
Manage and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and TPM activities.
Train and support maintenance and operations teams on equipment and best practices.
Lead the implementation of new machines and systems, including documentation, spare parts setup, and system integration.
Qualifications (English)
B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics, or a Practical Engineering degree in one of these fields.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for engineers or 5 years for practical engineers.
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; heavy industry experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead improvement initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Hebrew and English, including reading and understanding technical documentation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HMI/control systems.
