VP Clinical Application
Location: Caesarea, Israel
The VP Clinical Applications is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the global clinical applications strategy across the Spectrum Dynamics portfolio. The role bridges clinical practice, product development, and commercial activities to ensure strong clinical value, customer experience, and product adoption worldwide.
Position Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Build, lead, develop, and manage a high performing global team of Clinical Application Specialists and supporting functions (analysts, trainers, application owners).
Drive high performance, accountability, and professional growth across geographically distributed teams.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Define organizational structure and roles to support evolving business and product needs.
Clinical Programs & Product Support
Design and implement pre-market clinical programs to support regulatory and commercial release requirements.
Ensure robust clinical validation processes, including system testing and image quality performance.
Lead teams focused on clinical protocol development, image quality optimization and troubleshooting clinical performance issues.
Design optimal applications training programs to insure customer (user) competence and confidence transitioning to digital SPECT systems
Ensure consistent, high-quality ongoing clinical support for customers across all regions.
Develop training programs to provide CME credits when possible
Training & Customer Enablement
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for internal teams (sales, service) and external customers (clinicians, technologists).
Maintain updated standardized training materials, methodologies, and delivery across regions.
Ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer education to maximize adoption and satisfaction.
Product Strategy & Requirements
Collect, analyze, and define clinical and user requirements for future product versions.
Collaborate closely with R&D, product management, and marketing teams to prioritize product feature development.
Provide clinical insight and strategic input into product roadmaps and release planning.
Act as the voice of the customer and clinical user within the organization.
Drive initiatives to maximize product adoption, utilization, and clinical outcomes across global markets.
Engage directly with key customers, KOLs, and strategic accounts
Operational & Financial Management
Own and manage the department’s annual budget, including clinical programs, headcount, and operational expenses.
Establish financial discipline and ensure alignment of investments with strategic priorities.
Optimize resource allocation and program execution to maximize efficiency and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with R&D, QA, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure successful product development and deployment timelines.
Support commercialization efforts by contributing clinical expertise to marketing and sales strategies.
Represent the clinical applications function in executive discussions, customer engagements, and industry forums.
Executive presence and influencing skills and strategic contribution as a member of the top management team

Strong collaboration across technical, clinical, and commercial domains
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Achieve customer satisfaction metrics as established by the leadership team
Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
5+ years in clinical applications / Medical imaging / Molecular imaging including senior leadership roles.
Fluent English.
Experience leading global teams and supporting full product lifecycle.
Strong track record working with clinicians, hospitals, and KOLs.
Deep understanding of clinical NM diagnostic imaging workflows and medical imaging.
Familiarity with regulatory and clinical validation processes.
Knowledge of product development processes and cross-functional work in MedTech.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
Excellent communication with clinical and executive audiences.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.
Strong relationship-building internally and externally.
High ownership, autonomy, and business acumen.
Willingness to travel internationally.
