Bookkeeper

The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AP Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including processing vendor invoices, executing mid-month and month-end payment cycles, recording credit card transactions, and handling expenses and travel reimbursements Actively participate in and support the month-end closing process, ensuring all AP-related tasks, accruals, and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time Assist the team with ongoing projects, audits, and other tasks as needed Requirements 4+ years of bookkeeping experience Level 1-2 Bookkeeping Diploma Experience working with ERP systems. Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and adapt to new software and financial technologies Proven ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing tech environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with formulas, data analysis, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs High level of English (both written and spoken) – essential for working in a global environment An advantage: Experience with NetSuite ERP software Previous experience at a hi-tech company and multi-currency environment #LI-Hybrid Advantages null Benefits null
