Job Description Manage the planning team Create RMA and POC forecasts and analysis Monitor RMA & POC activity Hands on management of day to day activity Stocking and shipment optimization Own advanced planning process Lead complex projects: Process optimization, customer service and data improvement KPI ownership: Missed SLA, Cost Per Ticket Qualifications Professional Microsoft Knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT and others) BA/BSc in Logistics/Industrial Engineering 2-3 Years of experience as a planning team leader in supply chain in a global organization RMA experience – Advantage Proven experience in service management to customers: SLA, Response time, event analysis followed by corrective actions Good analytical skills Excellent service approach English – as mother tongue
