Company Description Come join Workforce AI Security - the group securing how enterprises actually use AI. Our platform gives organizations visibility and control over employee GenAI usage, protects agentic AI and MCP tool calls at runtime, discovers shadow AI, and prevents sensitive data from leaving through AI applications. We ship across the full stack: Windows and macOS endpoint clients, a browser extension, network and clientless/SASE deployment paths, and a cloud backend with a unified admin console. This is a fast-moving, high-visibility area - the threat landscape and the AI ecosystem both change monthly, and we build accordingly. You'll join a team of driven, creative people delivering genuinely new technology against threats that didn't exist two years ago. Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for: • Manage development projects across the Workforce AI Security area - endpoint clients, browser extension, cloud services, and AI/agentic security capabilities • Be part of an R&D group targeting competitive and successful products in one of the fastest-moving security markets • Manage the project full cycle - from ideas through requirements, high-level plan, design, execution and alpha, ending in a release • Own the content, focusing on addressing real customer needs and emerging AI threats • Own the quality by leading the interactions with QA • Lead the project plan, drive its productive execution and address challenges as they arise • Manage interactions with external parties within the projects - other R&D areas, security research, product management, and customer-facing teams • Manage the development processes across the area • Work directly with POC and design-partner customers, turn their feedback into product direction, and help shape where the platform goes next • Track the AI security landscape - new AI applications, agent platforms, and attack techniques - and translate it into concrete project scope Qualifications • 3+ years of Project Management experience • 3+ years of R&D background • Proven ability to lead a project end to end, drive peers to execution, and work with peers from different disciplines • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a rapidly evolving product area • Background in the security area — major advantage • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies, GenAI applications, or agentic AI — major advantage • Proven experience working with customers — advantage • Experience with endpoint or cloud/SaaS product delivery — advantage • Proven managerial experience — advantage
