Junior Marketing Operations

Description We're looking for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Junior Marketing Operations professional to join Pango's Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to become a key part of the operational engine behind Pango's marketing initiatives. You'll support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and customer-facing initiatives while working closely with multiple teams across the company to ensure seamless execution from planning to launch. Responsibilities Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and product launches. Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution across teams, timelines, and dependencies. Work closely with Product, CRM, BI, Design, Customer Support, Legal, and external partners to bring marketing initiatives to life. Manage the operational setup of campaigns, including campaign assets, customer journeys, audience segmentation, approvals, benefits, and launch readiness. Support campaign setup, QA, reporting, and post-launch optimization across marketing platforms. Build reports and support data-driven decision-making using Excel, Mixpanel, Braze, and additional marketing tools. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation, AI tools, and operational efficiencies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field. Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing, Advertising, Project Coordination, or a related field (outstanding graduates are encouraged to apply). Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. High ownership, curiosity, motivation, and willingness to learn. A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and finding smarter ways to work - Must. Curiosity and passion for AI tools and new technologies – Must. Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills. Advantages Background in an advertising agency or a marketing-related role. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, or similar marketing platforms. Exposure to Marketing Automation tools and customer journey workflows. Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or marketing processes.
