Lead Product Designer

Product Design Lead Location: Tel Aviv (Office) · Full-time About the job Pi is an agentic application security platform. The rest of the market detects and remediates. Pi prevents and eliminates. We're looking for our first Product Design Lead to help shape the future of Pi's product experience. This is a rare opportunity to build the design foundation of a complex, agentic security platform from the ground up. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, influence product direction at the earliest stages, and own the user experience end-to-end. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys simplifying complex security and AI-driven workflows, and wants to have a meaningful impact in a fast-moving startup environment. Responsibilities Own and shape the product design function at Pi. Turn complex security and agentic workflows into intuitive user experiences. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence product direction and strategy. Build and evolve our design system, patterns, and product UX foundations. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across the full product lifecycle. Conduct user research and gather product feedback to deeply understand user needs. Help establish a strong product and design culture across the company. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, preferably in the tech or security industry. A strong portfolio that demonstrates product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft. Comfortable owning the entire design process in a startup or small-team environment. Able to move between high-level strategy and pixel-perfect execution. Collaborative, curious, and able to communicate design decisions clearly.
