About the role: We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Office Admin who will serve as the face and first point of contact for the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced startup environment Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and vendors Manage front desk coverage during office hours Provide administrative support to employees on various requests and inquiries Assist with day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, deliveries and shipments, groceries, and general office needs Support office events, team activities, and company meetings Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional office atmosphere Requirements: Strong teamwork and multitasking skills Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all levels Previous experience in an administrative or service-oriented role - an advantage Why join us?
