We build and test services and products using AI, working across data, models, platforms, devices, and infrastructure to ensure those systems perform as expected at scale We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Integration Lead to oversee, coordinate, and govern all testing activities across a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program. This role requires close collaboration with business domain leaders, project managers, functional consultants, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving testing readiness, managing dependencies and risks, tracking execution progress, and ensuring end-to-end alignment across all involved parties This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP testing processes and methodologies. The position is part of a large-scale defense-sector program and requires full on-site presence at the customer's premises. Responsibilities: • Own and maintain the overall testing status across the program. • Coordinate activities across multiple SAP domains and workstreams. • Manage testing plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. • Identify, track, escalate, and help resolve risks and blockers. • Lead defect management activities and monitor defect resolution progress. • Ensure testing environment readiness, data availability, and interface stability. • Facilitate status meetings and follow up on action items. • Govern test coverage, execution progress, and overall testing quality. • Drive Go-Live readiness activities and support critical decision-making processes. • Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience in SAP testing. • Proven experience in defect management, risk management, and dependency tracking. • Proven hands-on experience in SAP testing activities.Practical experience with one or more SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM, SD, or PS. • Experience working on large-scale and complex SAP implementation projects. • Solid experience in integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different organizational levels. • Strong leadership, coordination, and influencing skills. • Excellent analytical skills and a strong system-wide perspective. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment. • Previous experience in an SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation program. • Strong understanding of ERP business processes. • Experience working with test management and project management tools. • Experience supporting large-scale Go-Live activities. • Previous experience working in defense-related programs. • Ownership and accountability. • Proactive and results-oriented. • Strategic thinking and attention to detail.Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
