לחברת נדל״ן מובילה דרוש/ה מנהל/ת ביצוע מנוסה! משרה מלאה ממשרדי החברה בתל אביב התפקיד כולל פיקוח על פרויקטים למגורים, פיקוח על טיב העבודות המבוצעות באתר הבנייה, מעקב אחר לוחות זמנים, חשבונות קבלנים, תיאום מול מתכננים, התנהלות שוטפת מול הרשות המקומית וגופים שלישיים, בקרה תקציבית, טופס 4 ומסירה. דרישות המשרה: • תואר מהנדס/הנדסאי בניין – חובה • 3-5 שנות ניסיון בתפקיד דומה בפיקוח ו/או ביצוע – חובה • ניסיון בעבודה בחברות פיקוח - יתרון משמעותי • ניסיון בתחום מגורים • ניסיון בעבודה מול רשויות
