Assistant Controller

About The Position RADCOM, a global publicly traded high-tech company listed on NASDAQ, is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join its finance leadership team. The Assistant Controller will report directly to the Finance Controller and play a key role in the global accounting function. This role will support the monthly and quarterly closing processes, consolidation, and financial reporting, as well as assist with the annual audit and the continuous optimization of processes and internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset and a strong interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making within the finance function are highly valued. Requirements CPA with 2-3 years of accounting experience (in one of the Big Four accounting firms), preferably in the high-tech industry Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience with US public companies – an advantage Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) – an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Responsibilities Take a significant part in the process of closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under US GAAP Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax return reports Working closely with other teams in the finance departments (locally and globally) Work closely with external auditors and authorities Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls across financial operations Support SOX compliance and internal control testing Handle ad-hoc projects as needed
