Brand Manager- Maternity Leave

Description We are looking for a data-driven Brand Manager to join Pango’s Marketing team and take ownership of strategic business verticals. In this role, you will combine brand, marketing, and business ownership to drive growth, customer engagement, and measurable business results. You will own one of Pango's most strategic business verticals – Subscriptions. Design marketing strategy and execute of a core business domain used by millions of customers, combining brand building, data-driven decision making, customer insights and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth. This is a maternity leave replacement position with the possibility of extending the contract based on business needs and mutual fit. Responsibilities Own the brand and marketing strategy of assigned business verticals, including planning and executing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement. Drive key business KPIs and growth objectives across assigned business verticals. Plan annual and quarterly marketing initiatives aligned with business goals and strategic priorities. Lead go-to-market initiatives for new services, features, partnerships, and business opportunities. Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive optimization. Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI for assigned business verticals. Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to optimize lead quality, messaging, conversion, and business results. Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Growth Marketing, or a similar business-oriented marketing role. Experience working with consumer-facing digital products; B2C mobile app experience is a strong advantage. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders. Strong project management, execution, and business ownership skills. Passion for learning and adopting new technologies, with curiosity to explore AI tools and innovative ways to create business impact. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Advantages Familiarity with tools such as Braze and Mixpanel. Experience managing budgets and marketing ROI.
