We've had a highly successful launch and are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be sending decks; you'll be building the partnerships that help mylo reach the people who need it. What You'll Do Source and Close Deals: Identify, pitch, and close partnerships across brand collaborations, affiliate networks, and distribution channels that bring new users and revenue to mylo. Grow the Affiliate Network: Expand mylo's affiliate and publisher partnerships, building on programs already live with partners like Amazon, AliExpress, and iHerb, and represent mylo at industry events and conferences. Build Brand Collaborations: Partner with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns that translate a partner brand's story into mylo's world of love, dating, and connection. Open New Markets: Support mylo's U.S. expansion by identifying local partnership opportunities — ambassadors, events, and distribution — market by market. Own the Pipeline: Manage the full deal cycle from first outreach to signed contract, keeping leadership informed on what's in motion and what's closing. Who You Are Experienced: 3-5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales at a B2C mobile or consumer tech company. A Natural Closer: You can build a relationship, make the pitch, and get a deal signed without losing months in back-and-forth. Data-Informed & Growth-Obsessed: You make the case for a partnership with numbers, not just intuition, and know how to measure whether it worked. Gen AI Savvy: You know how to explain what makes mylo's AI matchmaking different, and can translate that into a compelling story for a potential partner. A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points: Existing relationships in the affiliate marketing or dating-adjacent industry, experience representing a company at international conferences, or prior work on U.S. market entry partnerships.
