תיאור המשרה לאתר החברה בחולון דרוש.ה כלכלן.ית תמחיר ובקרה לצוות הכספים של החטיבה ולעשייה פיננסית משמעותית בארגון ביטחוני מוביל, עם חשיפה רחבה לתהליכים עסקיים מורכבים ועבודה מול גופים מובילים בארץ ובעולם במסגרת התפקיד: אחריות על מכלול ההיבטים התמחיריים של החטיבה ותפעול שוטף של מערכת התמחיר אחריות, בקרה וניתוח של תעריף העבודה בחברות החטיבה, כולל תחזיות שכר וניתוח שעות אפקטיביות אחריות ובקרה על ניהול תהליך העמסות החומר בחברה וניתוח סטיות הובלת הביקורת על תמחיר החברה ומבנה העלויות מול גופים חיצוניים לרבות משרד הביטחון מעקב וניהול תעריפים מול גופי ממשל אמריקאיים (DCAA) ואירופאיים (בואינג, לוקהיד ועוד) ניתוח נתונים ומתן תובנות כלכליות ועסקיות השתתפות בתהליכי סגירת רבעון – מלאי, העמסות, תעריף, סטיות חומר ועבודה והפרשות למלאי מת הכוונה ותמיכה מקצועית למנהלים הפיננסיים ביחידות העסקיות בנוגע לניתוח עלויות, מלאי וסוגיות פיננסיות דרישות: תואר ראשון בכלכלה תואר שני - יתרון ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בתפקיד דומה יכולת אנליטית מעולה שליטה גבוהה באקסל אנגלית ברמה גבוהה היכרות עם מערכות ERP יכולת הובלת מהלכים באופן עצמאי, כושר לימוד מהיר ויכולת עבודה בתנאי לחץ *הפניה מיועדת לנשים וגברים כאחד **רק פניות מתאימות יענו #Holon
