תיאור המשרה בחטיבת תקשוב וסייבר אנחנו מובילים פתרונות שליטה, בקרה, תקשורת וסייבר עבור צבאות וגופי ביטחון בארץ ובעולם. תחום הלוגיסטיקה הוא עמוד השדרה שמאפשר לכל זה לקרות – מיבוא ויצוא, דרך שילוח בינלאומי ועד שינוע יבשתי. אם את.ה מחפש.ת תפקיד ניהולי עם השפעה רחבה, אחריות על תהליכים מורכבים ואפשרות להוביל שינוי אמיתי – בוא.י להיות חלק מהעשייה שלנו. לאתר החברה בחולון דרוש.ה ראש תחום ייבוא ייצוא. במסגרת התפקיד ניהול פעילות היבוא והיצוא בחטיבה, שילוח בינלאומי, שינוע יבשתי מקומי ובינלאומי אחריות עקיפה על טיפול והגשת בקשות לרישיונות ייצוא (אפ"י) ניהול ובקרת מדדים להורדת עלויות והתאמתם לתקציב ניהול פרויקטים לוגיסטיים רוחביים ותמיכה בתהליכי עבודה באתרים השונים ומול מנהלי התוכניות והפרויקטים, תוך דגש על הבנה מלאה של תחום השילוח והיכרות מעמיקה עם תהליכים מורכבים אוטוריטה מקצועית בתחום הלוגיסטיקה – מתן מענה שוטף לצורכי השטח יישום והטמעת תהליכים לוגיסטיים חדשניים כחלק מפורום מנהלי הלוגיסטיקה החטיבתיים דרישות תואר ראשון בלוגיסטיקה, הנדסת תעשייה וניהול או מנהל עסקים תואר שני - יתרון ניסיון של 3-5 שנים בניהול צוות ובהובלת תהליכים ותוכניות עבודה שנתיות בתחום הייבוא ייצוא ניסיון בעבודה מול משלחים בינלאומיים, עמילי מכס ומשרדי ממשלה (לשכת המסחר, משרד התקשורת ועוד) אוריינטציה גבוהה במערכות מידע תפעוליות אנגלית ברמה גבוהה – דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה ראייה מערכתית ואסטרטגית, יכולת הנעת צוות, עבודה מול ממשקים רבים ויחסי אנוש מצוינים *הפניה מיועדת לנשים וגברים כאחד **רק פניות מתאימות יענו #Holon
