IT Support Technician

Description abra professional services is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a dynamic work environment. This is a full-time position located in central Israel, with career advancement opportunities for suitable candidates. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to approximately 400 employees, including computers, peripheral equipment, and software. • Install, maintain, and update operating systems and applications. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. • Work with servers, backup systems, and communication networks. • Document technical issues and solutions in the service desk ticketing system. Requirements Requirements: • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or as a PC/IT Technician – mandatory. • Experience as an IT Technician, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and endpoint equipment – mandatory. • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office – mandatory. • High customer service orientation – mandatory. • Strong self-learning skills, initiative, and a proactive approach – mandatory. • Ability to work effectively under pressure – mandatory.
