If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology, thrive in a global business environment, and want to make an impact in the world of autonomous systems – come be a part of our journey In this role you will Lead and develop international marketing strategies for autonomous drone and Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) solutions Build and execute go-to-market plans for global markets, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships Represent the organization at international exhibitions, conferences, and customer-facing events Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and value propositions tailored to diverse international audiences Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the autonomous and drone sectors Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients worldwide Support proposal and bid processes with strategic marketing insights and content Coordinate with Elbit Systems on joint marketing initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline – advantage years of experience in marketing and business development roles, preferably in defense industry +5 Proven experience in international marketing and working with global customers and partners Fluent English – both written and spoken; additional languages – advantage Willingness to travel abroad frequently Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Background in robotics, drones, or autonomous systems – advantage Connections within the defense industry ecosystem – advantage This is your chance to be a part of a new and exciting opportunity, work on complex, high-stakes systems, push the boundaries of autonomy and robotics, and build technology that makes an instant impact If you're looking to move fast, think big, and shape what comes next, we want you with us Only relevant applications will be answered** #Rosh HaAyin
