כמוכר/ת, המשימה שלך תהיה להעניק ללקוחות חוויית קנייה פרימיום באמצעות זיהוי הצרכים האישיים שלהם והצעת פתרונות מקיפים בעזרת המוצרים והשירותים של Nike. המטרה היא להבטיח שללקוחות יהיה כל מה שהם צריכים כדי להתחבר לספורט, להתאמן, להתחרות ולהשיג את היעדים שלהם. תחומי אחריות שימוש במיומנויות שירות לקוחות, בטכניקות מכירה בסיסיות ובידע על המוצרים כדי לחבר לקוחות למוצרים המתאימים ולתמוך בהשגת יעדי המכירה. בניית קשר בין הלקוח/ה למותג באמצעות מתן שירות ברמה גבוהה והתאמת סיפורי המותג לסביבת הקמעונאות. שמירה על ידע בנוגע למחלקות השונות בחנות ונכונות להפעלת הקופה בעסקאות שגרתיות, ביצוע משימות קבלה ומשלוח של סחורה, מילוי והשלמת תצוגות, ביצוע עבודות סדר וניקיון ויצירת סידורים ויזואליים לפי הצורך. תפקיד של מקור ידע מקצועי למוצרים עבור לקוחות וכן עבור מוכרים/ות ברמת ג’וניור; חיפוש פעיל אחר הזדמנויות התפתחות כדי להעמיק ידע במכירות, במוצרי Nike, בתרבות המותג ובטכניקות מכירה ושירות. תמיכה בלידים/ות, במוכרים/ות בכירים/ות ובמנהלים/ות בהכשרת עובדים/ות חדשים/ות. תמיכה בפעילויות למניעת אובדן באמצעות שירות לקוחות יזום. דרישות ניסיון בשירות לקוחות ו/או במכירות קמעונאיות יהווה יתרון. תשוקה למותג Nike. יכולת לבצע מספר משימות במקביל בסביבת עבודה דינמית. יכולת עבודה יעילה בצוות ומתן שירות לקוחות מצוין. גמישות לעבודה בסופי שבוע.
