צוות הרילוקיישן מלווה חברות גלובליות ועובדים בכירים בכל הקשור להיבטי מס, שכר, אקוויטי והגירה ברילוקיישן. הצוות מנהל שירותי מס לחברות גלובליות בעולם, מלווה יזמים רבים בעיקר סביב השלכות אקוויטי בעקבות מעבר לחו"ל, נותן ייעוץ ודואג לישום של תכנון המס, ומייצג לקוחות מול רשויות המס, משרדי ממשלה והמוסד לביטוח הלאומי תיאור משרה: • עבודה עם מנהלי הצוותים לשיפור תהליכי עבודה ומדדי הצלחה • מעקב והנגשת נתונים כספיים • אחריות על הפקת חשבונות וגבייתם • טיפול מול משרדי EY בעולם בהחזרי הוצאות בגין שירותי מס והגירה • ליווי מנהלי צוותים בתמחור שירותים והצעות מחיר • הדרכת הצוות בכל הקשור לנהלי אי תלות, קבלת לקוח ונהלים צוותיים בכל הקשור ל Operational Excellence תכונות ואיכויות נדרשות: • אקסל – שליטה מלאה - חובה • אנגלית ברמה טובה - חובה • ניסיון שימוש בכלים דיגיטלים, AI - יתרון משמעותי • שירותיות ברמה גבוהה • יכולת ארגון יוצאת דופן • מיקוד ויכולת תיעדוף משימות
