Job description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of a fast-growing technology platform. In this role, you will design and manage systems that support operational teams, optimize workflows, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, delivery performance, and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for operational systems supporting multiple stakeholders, including field teams, dispatchers, and internal operations managers. Design and scale end-to-end operational experiences, including user workflows, onboarding processes, execution flows, performance visibility, and productivity tools. Build and optimize real-time operational systems for monitoring, interventions, process automation, and data-driven decision making. Develop scalable infrastructure and processes for cash operations, including collection, reconciliation, discrepancy reduction, and financial control mechanisms. Own key aspects of the order lifecycle, including assignment logic, zoning configuration, delivery time estimation, and operational optimization. Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and lead experiments to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize platform performance. Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, data, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions. Drive cross-functional alignment and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements: 5+ years of Product Management experience. 3+ years of experience building operational products, internal systems, or complex workflows. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into product decisions. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to prioritize effectively and gain alignment across multiple teams. Technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams. Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
