Job description

Description Most brand design roles ask you to execute someone else's vision and move on. This one goes further. SysAid is looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can take a brand direction and make it tangible, at scale, at quality, across every channel. Someone who ships polished static and motion assets, and who cares as much about the system behind the work as the work itself. The gap between our brand ambition and what actually goes to market is a craft and consistency problem. That's the problem this role exists to solve. The right person has an eye for detail that others don't. They get satisfaction from building things that are both beautiful and reusable. And they bring enough ownership to raise the visual bar without being asked. About the role SysAid competes in a market where every vendor looks and sounds the same. Standing out takes a brand that's visually distinctive, consistent across every touchpoint, and built to scale. That's the bar this role is built to meet. You'll own the execution of SysAid's brand: static and motion assets across paid, organic, events, decks, and product marketing. You'll also own the design system that makes it all work: building it, maintaining it, and making sure it's the kind of system other teams actually use. AI is part of how you work, accelerating production without sacrificing craft. You'll sit inside the marketing team and work closely with product marketing, demand gen, and brand. The briefs will range from paid social to event materials, from product launch visuals to brand system components. What stays constant is the expectation: every asset you ship must be on-brand, crafted, and built to last. What you'll do Execute static brand assets across all channels: ads, social, decks, event materials, product marketing collateral. Design and produce motion assets: social video, animated ads, brand motion, presentation animations. Build and maintain the SysAid brand design system in Figma: components, tokens, guidelines, and documentation. Ensure every asset that leaves the marketing team is on-brand and meets the visual standard you help set. Work from briefs provided by PMM and brand, and consistently deliver work that's better than what was asked for. Maintain high output quality under tight timelines. Pace and craft are not a trade-off here. Collaborate with PMM, demand gen, and growth to understand the context behind each asset, not just the spec. Operationalize AI to accelerate production without compromising the work. Keep the design system current as the brand evolves: versioning, component updates, and usage documentation. Flag inconsistencies before anyone else notices them. Requirements 5–8 years in brand design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both static and motion work at a high level. Mastery of Figma, including design systems, component architecture, and documentation. Strong motion design skills: After Effects, Jitter, or equivalent. You've built brand motion from scratch, not just applied templates. Experience building or contributing to a design system in a real production environment. B2B SaaS or tech experience. You know how to make technical products feel premium without oversimplifying them. Detail-obsessed without being a bottleneck. You catch things others miss, and you move fast. Collaborative without being passive. You take direction well and make it better. AI fluency in your design workflow. Not someone who's tried the tools; someone who's changed how they work because of them. A robust sense of humor :) SysAid sits at the intersection of two things the market hasn't figured out how to combine yet: enterprise-grade ITSM with agentic AI that actually does the work. Most IT platforms added a chatbot and called it AI. SysAid's AI resolves incidents, fulfills requests, triggers workflows, and deploys automations on its own: no code, no developer, no black box. Every action is logged, traceable, and tied to rules the IT team sets. That's not a product feature. That's a different category. And the market is still catching up to what that means. The brand opportunity here is real. The narrative is sharp. The product delivers on what it promises. The marketing team is midway through building a marketing operating system where AI handles production at scale and humans own direction, quality, and judgment. You'll be one of those humans. What you build here will define what SysAid looks like in the market. If you want to do the best craft work of your career on a category that actually matters, this is worth a conversation.
