Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Frontend Architecture Focus)

Koalys Technologies, part of WSA, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep frontend expertise to lead the modernization of our SaaS platform user experience and frontend architecture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing complex systems, improving usability at scale, and leading major frontend transformation projects while still contributing hands-on across the stack. You will play a key role in renewing and evolving our frontend platform, helping shape long-term technical direction. Following the frontend transformation project, you will continue contributing as a full-stack engineer while remaining a key advisor on frontend architecture and best practices. What You Will Do Lead the redesign and modernization of the frontend architecture for our core audiometry SaaS platform Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing frontend systems for complex web medical-grade applications Improve UI consistency, usability, accessibility, and overall user experience Support incremental modernization of legacy systems while maintaining product stability and integrity Contribute to backend services and APIs as part of full-stack feature development Establish frontend engineering standards, testing strategies, and architectural best practices Guide technical decisions related to frontend technologies, structure, and long-term maintainability Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver end-to-end features What You Bring Experience Bring 7+ years of professional software development experience with strong frontend focus Lead and drive a large-scale frontend rewrite or modernization projects Build and maintain complex SaaS products and web applications Work across both frontend and backend environments in full-stack roles Develop scalable UI architectures and component-based systems Work with JavaScript and modern frontend development practices Improve legacy codebases through pragmatic and incremental engineering approaches Personal Competencies Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for technical decisions and delivery Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Balance innovation with practical business and product needs Solve complex technical challenges with structured and analytical thinking Adapt comfortably to evolving technologies, priorities, and product requirements Support knowledge sharing, mentorship, and healthy engineering culture Maintain attention to quality, reliability, compliance and long-term maintainability Who we are At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
