As a high-volume business, processing significant traffic and transaction volume, we are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences that solve real problems and drive measurable business outcomes across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points. Translate insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Define and document user personas, journey maps, and behavioral data insights. Interface Design: Design high-fidelity user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications with attention to detail and consistency. Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance across all platforms. Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries. Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure designs are implemented with precision. Participate in Agile processes, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Validate design decisions with data and iterate based on feedback from real users Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, in tech or startup environments. Experience working at a B2C company is required. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for web and/or mobile apps (flows, systems, dashboards, etc.). Hands-on experience with Mixpanel for product analytics and user behavior analysis. Ability to turn designs into functional code using tools such as Claude Code. Proficiency in translating designs into functional code using AI development tools such as Claude Code. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam. Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and lean UX methodologies. Ability to conduct and synthesize UX research to inform design strategy. Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Experience working with or creating design systems and documentation. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design solutions to stakeholders. Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries- Advantage Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)- Advantage
