חברת Comblack מגייסת מדריך/ת ומטמיע/ת מערכות לארגון גדול ויציב בירושלים!
התפקיד כולל ביצוע הדרכות פרונטליות, וירטואליות ומשולבות (אישיות וקבוצתיות), הטמעת מערכות בסביבות Web ו-Salesforce, פיתוח חומרי הדרכה מגוונים (חוברות, מצגות, סרטונים) תוך שילוב כלי AI, אפיון דרישות משתמשים, ומתן תמיכה שוטפת למשתמשים פנימיים וחיצוניים.
מה אנחנו מחפשים?
✔️ ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בהדרכת קבוצות, הטמעת מערכות בסביבת Web ובעבודה בסביבות Salesforce.
✔️ ניסיון מוכח בכתיבת מערכי הדרכה, חוברות, יצירת סרטונים ושילוב כלי AI בפיתוח תוצרי הדרכה.
✔️ ניסיון באפיון דרישות לקוח, הבנת תהליכים עסקיים ותירגומם לתוצרי הדרכה מותאמים.
✔️ יכולת למידה מהירה של מערכות חדשות, עצמאות, נכונות לשעות מאומצות ולניידות לפי צורך.
✔️ יתרון מובהק לניסיון בעבודה בארגון ממשלתי או ציבורי גדול.
